'“At MBEE, we believe that every child deserves more than a desk and a test - they deserve purpose, power, and a path forward.”

Microschool & Homeschool Support

Simple, community-based schooling that meets children where they are.

A microschool is a small learning community usually 5–15 students led by a caring educator. At MBEE, we blend the best of homeschooling, private schooling, and tutoring into one safe, flexible, and family centered environment.

What is a microschool?

Microschools are intentionally small, relationship-centered learning spaces. Students learn in multi-age groups with personalized instruction, hands-on projects, and time to master reading, writing, and math.

How MBEE supports homeschool families

Parents remain in charge of their child’s education. We come alongside you with curriculum guidance, MBEE’s research-based approach to early literacy and math, record-keeping help, and a loving place for your child to learn during the week.

Why families choose MBEE

Families come to MBEE for smaller class sizes, gentler pacing, strong reading and math foundations, and a faith friendly environment that honors their values and culture.

ESA-Friendly & Affordable

We make microschooling accessible for Arizona families.

MBEE is committed to keeping high quality education within reach. We work with Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program, donors, and community partners to reduce financial barriers for families.

Our commitment: No family should feel alone navigating options. We walk with you step-by-step as you consider ESA, homeschooling, or transitioning from a traditional school.

Support for ESA families:

  • Guidance on using ESA funds with MBEE microschool programs

  • Help understanding approved expenses and documentation

  • Sample schedules that blend home days and microschool days

  • Connection to other ESA families for encouragement and support

We also welcome donors who wish to provide scholarships for families who do not qualify for ESA or need additional support.

Trust & Community

Families, educators, and neighbors working together for children.

MBEE is guided by faith informed values of dignity, responsibility, and service. We work closely with parents, local business owners and local organizations to create stable, loving learning communities for children who might otherwise be overlooked.
